These SMS Terms & Conditions explain how text messaging works with Talya Roofing LLC ("Talya Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to the text messages we send to homeowners and customers across Savannah and Coastal Georgia. By opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Talya Roofing may send you SMS/text messages related to your roofing service. These messages can include appointment confirmations, inspection scheduling, project updates, service reminders, emergency response communication, and estimate follow-up. If you have opted in, we may also send occasional promotional offers. Our texts come from real team members helping with real roofing work — not automated spam.

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Talya Roofing by any of the following:

Submitting a contact form on our website.
Requesting service by phone and giving verbal consent to our team.
Sending us a text message first.
Requesting a roof inspection or estimate.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your project and communication preferences. As an example, you may receive up to 5 messages per week while a project or request is active.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your wireless carrier, not from Talya Roofing. Please contact your carrier for details about your specific messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message letting you know you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from Talya Roofing unless you opt back in.

7. Consent Is Not Required to Buy

No mobile opt-in data, text messaging originator opt-in information, or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with service providers only as necessary to operate our messaging program and provide our services.

10. Eligibility & Your Responsibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are allowed to receive text messages on that number.

11. Changes to These Terms

Talya Roofing may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
