What does the 15-year benefit cover?
For qualifying Pinnacle Pristine residential systems, Atlas lists two different 15-year periods. They cover different things.
| Coverage | Term | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Protection | 15 years | Non-prorated material and replacement-labor coverage for covered manufacturing defects, within Atlas's limits and exclusions. |
| Limited wind warranty | 15 years | Replacement shingles for covered wind damage. Replacement labor is excluded. |
| Limited defect warranty | Lifetime* | Continues under the written terms; proration applies after Premium Protection. |
*These residential terms apply to qualifying single-family, site-built detached homes and eligible owners. Lifetime refers to the applicable owner's ownership, subject to transfer terms. Algae coverage and Talya's workmanship agreement have their own terms. Atlas warranty details, page 3 →

Does 160 mph describe a storm test?
It describes conditional warranty coverage. The Pristine data sheet separately lists ASTM D7158 Class H and ASTM D3161 Class F. Neither the warranty number nor a test classification establishes the design requirements for your home.
“Refer to the Atlas Roofing Limited Shingle Warranty for all coverage requirements.”

What if your roof is already installed?
Check your issued warranty before assuming an upgrade. Atlas's announcement uses October 1, 2026; its revised residential warranty refers to installations from June 1, 2026. Ask Atlas to confirm the terms for your installation and registration.
What should be in your Talya proposal?
Ask for the named Signature Select system, itemized Atlas components, installation scope, warranty version and registration responsibility. Compare wind coverage separately from defect and workmanship warranties.
